With an MFA from Rutgers University, Brian has exhibited throughout the US and abroad including LA, NYC, Chicago, Japan, Latvia, Estonia, Slovenia and Italy. His work is included in numerous academic, museum and private collections.

Chelsea received a BFA from Ohio University. Her designs are inspired by natural forming patterns with a little wonkiness flare. While her studio practice heavily focuses in ceramics she also enjoys incorporating all walks of crafts into her work.

Together these two artists make up the company Slipped. You'll find artwork from each individual as well as collaborative pieces.

While Slipped primarily chooses clay as its medium we adapt to all kinds of techniques to formulate our products. Because of the organic nature of clay it can be unpredictable, a feature we believe is what makes clay so unique and beautiful. We do not shy away from quality but embrace the whimsy and natural qualities of clay to bring you products you won't see anywhere else.
